Shade Sail Cleaning
Every shade sail fabric becomes dirty over time and will need a clean. This is just a part of the regular maintenance to keep the shade sails from becoming discoloured and to stop mould or rot from occurring. If the shade sail is accessible you can clean it from underneath with a broom and a PH neutral cleaner ( not bleach). You can also use a high-pressure water blaster but you will need to take care that you do not do any damage to the fabric or stitching. If the shade sail is not accessible from underneath you will have to take it down and clean it on the ground. If you place it on a tarp, you can broom it and wash it with out any ground dirt affecting the sail, be sure to mark to sail so you can re install it. Cleaning may uncover some repairs that are needed to thread or fabric.
